Kempton Law (previously Maurice Kempton Solicitors) was recently purchased and rebranded by Solicitor Roy Dougan in March 2020, adding to the teams experience and expertise within Wills, Property, Family and Business law.

Linda has considerable experience in this area having joined the Practice in 1982.  Her role is to assist Roy and Maurice in all conveyancing transactions.

Maurice took over the practise in 1997 as a sole practitioner.  Maurice is highly respected in the local area for his genuine and pragmatic manner in dealing with transactions.  Maurice has many years of experience in general legal practice including conveyancing, all types of litigation, Wills and Probate.

Sandra has considerable experience having joined the Practice in 1990.  Her role is to assist Roy and Maurice in litigation and debt recovery, finalising Wills, Power of Attorneys and Administering Estates.
